Early Release of Superannuation (ERS) Eligibility Criteria
- Condition 1 – you or your dependant must require medical treatment:
- to treat a life-threatening illness or injury
- to alleviate acute or chronic pain
- to alleviate acute or chronic mental illness.
- Condition 2 – the medical treatment you or your dependant need is not readily available through the public health system.
How Do We Apply for the Early Release of Superannuation (ERS) Scheme?

- We examine your dental condition and present you with a comprehensive plan outlining the required dental treatment and cists involved.
- Apply for the Early Release of Superannuation (ERS) Scheme to cover the costs of medical treatments for yourself, your partner, or your children.
